Provide claim details to your new insurance broker if our appointment is terminated.
Renewal Process: We will take reasonable steps to contact you at least fourteen (14) days prior to your insurance cover expiry date. We will engage with you on the next steps before the policy expires and seek insurance cover terms and conditions. We will advise you of available options for your consideration. At renewal, we may not seek alternative quotes based on our assessment of your current program and market knowledge.
